    Offices: In order to supply fast service to our customers, any office of Elitech will in charge of local technical support, rush repairs and disposal of retuned equipment to guarantee the service promise.

    Technical Support DEPT: In charge of technical support, preparation of bidding files, equipment installation supervision and after-sales service.

    Technical Support: Accept technical consultation, provide project solutions to customers.

    Bidding file: Make external bidding files (technical and commercial), In charge of the technical support.

    Installation Supervision: Supervise equipment installation, test, organize and check the finished projects.

    After-sales service center: Supply technical support for Elitech offices, in charge of the rush repairs when trouble occurs.

    Engineering DEPT: Analyze and diagnose the returned products, handle the test and analysis of the product reliability, supply technical backup to Technical Support DEPT.

Part of the service contents

    Elitech provides service items mentioned below, except within one year’s warranty, we’ll charge for the service. Elitech is willingly to provide perfect services for our customers.

    Routinely check the operation of the whole system.

    Regularly check and correct the parameters of the system to guarantee the normal operation.

    Repair or replace trouble circuit or damaged equipment, do rush repairs to special trouble.

    Prepare special equipment or instrument for test.

    Other technical support (upgrade of software and hardware etc).

    Compensable service. We’ll arrive at the trouble spot to repair the damaged equipment and charge for the expenses of traveling, manual work and material responding to the customers’ requirements.

    Modify the equipment standards in time to satisfy the customers’ special requirements.

    Provide extra equipment or instrument for test.

Storage

    The large supply of spare parts and accessories can meet the customers’ needs. Within 10 years dated from the delivery, Elitech promises to provide the spare parts at par price. In addition, Elitech is willingly to upgrade our equipment in response to the customers’ requirements.

Rush Repairs Within 12 hrs

    Elitech promises to arrive at the spot within 12 hrs after receiving the trouble report (according to fax), and resolve trouble with the assistance of our customer in 2 hrs

    We also provide a whole set of operation training as well as perfect consultation service. At the same time, Elitech will regularly submit a usage or operation report to users. If any trouble occurs, we’ll submit a special disposal report.
